We made the papers… (well, a glossy Birmingham magazine)
Our Head Chef, Leon Higham talked to Birmingham Living magazine this month and his interview can now be found online and in the mag.
“I love a bit of Thai or Indian food,” he told them, before going on to explain who has influenced him along the way. Leon also talked about his Grandma’s cooking and how his top tip when cooking is to “taste, season, check and check again”. Little did we know, he also wanted to join the fire service!
